Sebastian Harschneck is managing partner of Maxfeld.legal and runs the firm in Nuremberg. As a lawyer he advises on corporate law and guides company sales and acquisitions. His work also covers public commercial law and regulation as well as transport, forwarding and customs law.
After studying in Passau and in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, he took his second state examination at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg and has been admitted to the German bar since 2009. He started out in corporate and transactional work before establishing the firm's Sofia office in 2013. For years he handled business between Germany and Bulgaria from there, and he is also a member of the Bulgarian Bar Association.
From that time he knows first-hand the regulatory hurdles that internationally active companies face. He guides cross-border transactions as well as disputes that stretch across several jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the logistics and transport sector.
