Stela Ivanova supports companies and investors in German-Bulgarian legal matters. She focuses on insolvency and restructuring, on international succession and estate administration, and on transport and forwarding law.
She uses the Bulgarian professional title Advokat and is a member of the Nuremberg Bar Association as a registered European lawyer. After reading law in Sofia she earned an LL.M. in German law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and did academic work on Bulgarian law at the Institute for East European Law in Munich and Regensburg. In Bulgaria she is also qualified as an insolvency administrator and mediator and admitted as a representative in intellectual property matters.
She has been part of the firm's Central and Eastern European team since 2003 and co-heads the Insolvency and Restructuring group at LYNX. A member of INSOL Europe and the German Transport Law Association, she publishes regularly on Bulgarian commercial and succession law, including with C.H. Beck and Helbing Lichtenhahn.
