Karina Malancea is a certified specialist in labour law (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht) and advises companies on all employment matters. She drafts employment contracts, guides restructurings and represents employers before the labour courts.
She studied at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg with a focus on employment law and gained her specialist title in 2024. Alongside her work she is taking an LL.M. in Law and Informatics, looking closely at the employment-law side of digitalisation, such as employee data protection and the use of new technologies at work.
She advises in German, English and Romanian, which makes her a direct point of contact for clients from Romanian-speaking markets.
