Daniel Gößling advises companies and international groups when contracts turn into disputes. He represents them in cross-border litigation and international arbitration, and at LYNX he co-headed the Dispute Resolution practice group. He also advises on supply and distribution law and on employment matters up to executive contracts.
He studied law in Passau and in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, and is admitted to the bar in Germany, Poland and Bulgaria. For more than twenty years he helped build bnt attorneys in CEE, the firm specialising in Central and Eastern Europe, founding its offices in Warsaw and Sofia. He continues that work as a founding partner of Maxfeld.legal in Nuremberg.
