Martin Neupert advises companies and investors on corporate and real estate law. He structures transactions, guides property projects and arranges business and wealth succession. He is especially sought after for projects between Germany and Central and Eastern Europe.
Neupert is one of the first German lawyers to have worked in the region permanently since the early 1990s. He began at Beckstein und Partner, went on to head the Prague office of Advant Beiten and led Central and Eastern European legal advisory at Rödl & Partner. In 2003 he was among the founders of bnt attorneys in CEE, and since 2026 he has been a founding partner of Maxfeld.legal in Nuremberg.
In a good three decades of transactional and real estate practice he has come to know the questions that keep recurring when investments, market entries and successions cross borders. He is admitted to the bar in Germany, Poland and Bulgaria and belongs to the Eastern Committee of German Business (Ostausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft).
